Currently, Abigail is enrolled in Edinboro University's Master's Program in Art Therapy. Abigail attended Carlow University's Art Therapy Preparation program in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and graduated in 2021, Summa Cum Laude. She utilized acrylic and oil paint for a majority of her pieces in undergrad but has shifted to collage work, watercolor, and digital media during graduate school. Most of her work revolves around reflecting on past memories, nostalgic feelings, and relationships in the context of a surreallistic world. In addition, she enjoys creating whimsical narratives that are lighthearted on the surface and connect to deeper themes upon further analysis. As an aspiring art therapist, Abigail fundamentally believes it is necessary to go through similar creative processes that others might be asked to undertake in a therapeutic setting.
